Aspire to Operate a B & B?

August 4, 2009: Did you ever think about owning a bed & breakfast? Have you wished you could turn your home into an income producer instead of an expense item? It is possible to learn how to do just that on August 29, 2009.Yours truly will be the facilitator for a one-day Aspiring Innkeeper Seminar in Wyoming County, West Virginia on August 29 at Southern WV Community and Technical College in Saulsville, West Virginia. The cost will be $15, box lunch included so you MUST register. I believe it is true that if you build it, they will come BUT you must tell people it is there! In addition to what is involved to set up a bed & breakfast, the rules and State laws governing operations, this class will focus on marketing and the importance of web site, choosing the best domain name, web directories, and provide some basic breakfast recipes and samples of reports to make record keeping easy.
