December 29, 2010:  I am a proud member of the West Virginia Bed & Breakfast Association, past-president and current Legislative Chair. We all know that a bed & breakfast is the Better Way to Stay. Member bed & breaklfasts are found on the WVBBA websiteWVBBA has just come out with a new cookbook! It is a cookbook and travel guide to our bed & breakfasts around West Virginia. I am pleased to say Gillum House has several recipes in it.This cookbook makes a wonderful gift – you can give it without insinuating the receiver needs to learn to cook. You tell them (tuck in a note if not in person) how much you enjoyed these dishes at the bed & breakfasts. You will want one for yourself also.
